What is an oil boiler service?

Taking approximately two hours. We clean combustion chamber and inspect. Clean and inspect burner components. Replace nozzle and filter elements. Inspect oil tank. Test boiler operation. Identify any faults and carry out flue gas analysis. Issue CD11 and TI133D OFTEC forms.

Whats included in a Gas Service/ Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate?

Taking approximately 1 1/2 hours we visually inspect equipment. Carry out recommended servicing procedure by manufacturers. Check gas installation in accordance to current regulations. Check burner pressure and boiler operation. Carry out flue gas analysis and adjust appliances where required. Issue CP12 Homeowner Gas Safety Certificate.

Is my boiler beyond repair?

We aim to repair most boilers with high consideration to cost. We carry a large stock of common boiler spares to minimise repair time but a new boiler can sometimes be the only option.

Can we make our existing heating system more efficient?

Yes. Simple adjustments and fine tuning to your existing system can make a massive difference to the way you use you oil or gas. There are many new technologies available which are more environmentally friendly but not always the best solution.
